Voices NZ Chamber Choir and Orchestra Wellington perform Handel’s Messiah arranged by Mozart in Wellington Town Hall.

This is a familiar baroque character dressed in classical clothes. To appease the fashion-conscious Viennese, Mozart’s patron, Baron van Swieten, commissioned him to arrange Handel’s masterwork to suit contemporary tastes.
